My grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact ihe surrounding properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) 2. A traffic mitigation fee of $6120.00 (6.97 trips X 10.976 X $80.00) per the City's Interim Tra�c Mitigation Ordinance is due pnor to the building permit issuance. (SEPA Transportation Policies) The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. M Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and oEher information on file with the lead agency.
