It takes about 45 days (a SEPA <br /> review) to obtain permits for any specific site for the placement <br /> of more than 500 cubic yards of earth. <br /> 5. A one-year guarantee is required on the public improvements and <br /> landscaping for an amount not less than 10� of the cost of <br /> construction and shall run for one year rrom the date of issuance <br /> of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. <br /> ���'' 6. The City will be �onstructing a new sewer force main in the alley <br /> right-of-way. The City would like a temporary construction <br /> �s easement from this site. <br /> ( 7. The correct address must be clearly posted over or near the main <br /> entrance of the building prior to occupancy to allow emergency <br /> vehicle response. <br /> 8. The City prohibits outdoor l�urning. Therefore, no fires for the <br /> � '.�' purpose of disposing of construction debris will be allowed. <br /> 9. Any security fence erected around the construction site must be <br /> located so as to not obstruct any existing hydrant, otner fire <br /> �'� � protection equipment, or any Fire Department access.
