In conjunction with construction of this building, <br /> City Ordinance #555-78 requires that ceztain improvements be done to the <br /> adjoining public right-of-way. Improvements for this project would include <br /> installation of sidewalk behind the existing curb along Marine View Drive and <br /> paving of the alley way behinc' the building. <br /> I� Befora permits can be issued, the ardinance requires thuar ntee amount of <br /> guarantee to us that these items will be accomplished.
