The improvements required are: curb, gutter, <br /> sidewalk, street widening, bike lane, and retaining wall. (Your letter of May 26, 1993) <br /> The District is prepared to move forward now with these improvements, but is <br /> willing to defer to your request that the District allows the City to inalude this work in a <br /> later more comprehensive City project. <br /> The District commits to pay the City the actual costs of improvements along its <br /> frontage at a later date, but not to exceed $169,000, which is your estimate of the cost <br /> to do the work now. <br /> This letter of guarantee is given to meet the permit requirements for the Delta <br /> Switching Station. <br /> Si ncerely, <br /> A P P R O V E D hn F.
