All collected surface water exiting the subject property must be conveyed to the nearest established, stable drainaqe r.ourse within the naturally occurring drainage basin, either by pipe or by an approved swale. Sufficient downstream information and analysis must be provided to enable the City to determine that this requirement is being met. Private easements will be required if conveyance must occur across private property. 5.
