Typically <br /> this soii unit has surface, subsoil, and <br /> substratum that is greatly �isturbed. These <br /> areas were trequently used for storage of debris <br /> and wood chips for lumber milis, or for similar <br /> industrial uses (USDA SCS). <br /> d Are there surface indications or history of unstable soiis in the <br /> immediate vicinity? I( so, describe. <br /> No. The adjacent soils are classified as urban <br /> soils and have been placed there to support and <br /> stabilfze the urban uses that have operated there <br /> for over fifty years.
