Sign a document binding the PUD to pay its proportionate share of the West <br /> Marine View Drive street improvement at such time as the project is designed, bid, and <br /> COnstructed by the City. The City is currently conducting preliminary desigr. studies <br /> and funding options. <br /> 3.
