Primozich: <br /> In response to your letter regarding the junk vehicles located at <br /> 538 Walnut, I �•+ant to thank you for providing us with your name and <br /> address so that we can provide you tivith inforination concernina this <br /> matter. <br /> The City of Everett did at one time have a Section in the Traffic Code <br /> citing violations for keeping junk vehicles in residential areas. This ` <br /> portion of the Code has been repealed and can no lon9er be enforced. <br /> I have talked �iith the owner of 53E3 Walnut and told him that at one <br /> time it was illegal to keep the vehicles on his property. I also <br /> advised him that the City Attorney was worki�g on an ordinance to <br /> restore enforcement for the removal of junk vehicles. <br /> The owner of t�he property said he intends to correct the situation <br /> �vith a storage building for the vehicles. <br /> If you have any questions pei•taining to this matter you may call the <br /> duilding Inspection Dei�artment at 259-II745. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> Kenneth W.
