The elevation of the Site is appmzimauly 60 feec abo�e mean sea level. The Snohomish River is <br /> �aated approximately one half mile to the east of the Site. The ground-water flow in �he site vicinity is <br /> �Otted�y easdnoRheast, towazd t6e riva. dround-water at the Site is estimated to occur becween 50 and <br /> lpp feet below ground surface (bBs)• 1be Site is bocdered on the west by Fast Marine View Drive, on the <br /> noRL by propeRy ownod by Mhur Be°s°°' u 81. Arsenic,c6romium,coppa � <br /> detected in both samples• Concentrations of these compounds were below the State of Washingeon DepaRment <br /> of F.co�oSY (�ology) Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Method A cleanup levels for residential soil. The <br /> sediment sample results are assumed to be generally representative of the "sand cap" materiel placed on the <br /> noRh parczl of the Site. <br />
