These is deteriorated, crumbling und loose plaster and wall paper <br /> in the kitchen. It appears thar. moiature has created some of the <br /> problem. <br /> 2. There is no back plate on the light switch in the bathroom. <br /> 3. These is no ventilation in the bathroom. <br /> 4. There is an illegal plumbing fixture in use in the bathtub. The <br /> spout may al.low siphonage of waste water into potable water. <br /> 5.
