Buildinp is wide open with doors end windows knocked out or <br /> broke i. <br /> 2. The interior walls oi the building hnve beer destroyea due <br /> to vandalism. <br /> 3. �h,� founr�tion of thr huilding hac, rotted and the building <br /> is beginning to sag. <br /> A, The plumbina h�a been ripped from •the walls and pipes re- <br /> moved from inaide the K�alls. <br /> 5, The roof of the buildinq leaks. <br /> 6. The cost to rehabilitate this building woul�f be prohibitive. <br /> 7, lhis buildir�g is a potential fire h:i�ard. <br /> Because of the faregoing wnditions this building has deteriorated <br /> over 75,�.
