Approximatcly G.5 feet of right-of-way from the southernmost tip of this <br /> property shall be dedicated to die city for right-of-way to accommodate the proposed improvement. <br /> 6i addition, a temporary construction eascment shall be cxecuted for construction activity. <br /> 4. Pull standard half strect improvements are required to the remaining uncompleted portion of <br /> Iiawthorne Strcet, including but not limited to curU, gulter, sidcwalks, street a�idening and drainage <br /> coutrol per City Design Standards. <br /> S.
