Dougherty answered complaint from <br /> 919 Walnut that "Tree on neighbors property was causing her lights to flicker etc. <br /> Inspector pougherty called the P.U.D. <br /> July 10, 1971: Housing Inspector Bob Royce answered complaint fcom same address <br /> "trees interfering with electrical wiring - after investigating, Mr. Royce informed <br /> Mr�. Martn Dibble (919 Wa1nuC) that there was no violation of City Ordinance, that <br /> the matter was clearly one that should be settled between herself and the owner of <br /> the property south of l�ers. The property is in an unplatted area and undeveloped <br /> with the exception of two houses in an area iarger than a city block, one of these <br /> houses is 919 Walnut. The vegetation is of some years standing, the trees are well <br /> �ver 12 feet high and the area is not unattractive.
