Specify sheathing thickness on exterior walls, and roof. 4. The Zoning Code requires the siding on the garage ro match the siding on ffie house. The plans show "change to '/z board and horizontal siding all sides and gable." Please clarify. 5. Top plates are required to be doubled with 48" offset for splices.
