If you fail to immediately cease <br /> parking your equipment at the residence which is located in an R-2 <br /> zone, the city will have no alternative but to proceed with further <br /> action in this matter. <br /> Penalty for violation of the city Zoning Code is "a fine of not more <br /> than five hundred dollars or . . . . imprisonment not to exceed six <br /> months, or both such fine and imprisonment."
