I would also b� glad to meet you at your office to discuss the following. <br /> ---------------------------------------------- <br /> In reviewing the sign permit, the plans indicate a single family residence (SFR) in front of the commercial garege that was <br /> built new and permitted in 2006. <br /> �lnfortunatelv, the SFR was not subsequently permitted as a change of occupancy to an office. Since the building is now <br /> in use as an office, we will require the submittal of a building permit, with plans indicating the use of the rooms in the <br /> house as offices, storage, or other uses instead of residential.
