To oreate a euita5le environment for the public the hazarQ- oue condition of the aidewalk muat be corrected. Therin ia a dilema, if I replaoe the siflewalk now. Conatructing a new build- ing will 4ntail; tearing the new sidewalk up and replacing it again, at probably three tinee the coat. I have reviewed the situation and conaulted with neighbore and knowledegable people. A aimple eolution can be accomplished to greatly improve Lhe neighborhood. At the north and aouth ends� the oracks can be patched. Along the etreet side� the mud and sod can be replaced with crushed granel. Where the eidewalk hae sunk; grade the arushed 6ravel from the street filling over the walk as an entranoe to a cruehed gravel parking area.
