<br /> It has been brought to our attention that Karr Bros. Homes, Inc., is presently
<br /> operating a manufactured housing display center at 2803 Maple Street which is
<br /> not in compliance with their Final Declaration of Non-Significance. A
<br /> chronology of the project, as I understand it, follows:
<br /> * 11/8/83 - Larry Crawford, Public Works, and Dennis Gregoire,
<br /> Planning, met with Karr Bros. Homes, Chris Campbell, to review your
<br /> developing of a manufactured housing display center. Concerns
<br /> included development, right-of-way encroachment, improvements,
<br /> and parking. Mr. Campbell was given a copy of an Environmental
<br /> Checklist to complete and return to the City. Your development/use
<br /> was illegal at tliat point in time. �
<br /> " 12/9/83 - Karr Brothers representative, Mr. Campbell, was contacted. �
<br /> lie indicaied that plan would be submitted by L2/13/83. €�
<br /> * 1/16/84 - Final Declaration of Non-Significance was issued by the
<br /> City. A number of conditions required action by Karr Brothers. Of
<br /> the sixteen (16) conditions, approximately eleven (11) have �Let to be H r
<br /> complied with in full and/or in part. y �
