Rhodes: eeaoi <br /> For several months your property at 2940 Maple has remained ia violation of several <br /> sections of the Everett Municipal Code. I have been 1n contact with the tenant, <br /> .Tean Johnson, and property managers, Mr. and Mrs. 0'Brien. I have sent corre- <br /> spmidence to you through the 0'Briens. As of November 8, 1989 at 4:00 p.m. there <br /> is still one trailer on the property which is connected to hazardaus wiring. This <br />� wiring goes from the main etructure to the back shed (to which the trailer is <br /> I connected) and was installed without the required perm3ts. The Electrical Inspector <br /> and the Fire Marahal have both inspected this condition. There is concern about <br /> the eafety of the tenant. A copy of the Electrical Inspector's report is enclosed. <br /> In addition, there is still an accumulation of trash, litter, household furniture, <br /> and other debris throughout the yards. Theae condltiona render the property in <br /> violation of Ozdinance 1554-89, which prohibits such accumulations in any yard or <br /> vacant lot in the City. The other conditions are a matter of our recor3 and are <br /> enforced by the Houaing Inspector and Building Official. <br /> The C1t;� has granted Ma. Johnaon several extensions and we offered to arrange for <br /> the tra:h and debris to be removed free �f charge, yet the yards remain in <br /> violation. Therefore, thie matter han been scheduled for a violatiun hearing. You <br /> will receive formal notification of its time and place. The City will requeat an <br /> abatement orc:er and imposition of penalties. Failure to comply rr111 sub3ect you to <br /> i a fine not to exceed $1,000.00 per day. If We have to remove the itema in an <br /> iabatement action, the costs will be billed to you. <br /> We ask for your immediate response to this situation.
