Please see <br />the enclosed inspection activity reports. The International Building Code and the International <br />Residential Code state that all pcnnits expire if the work authorized by the permits is susfended <br />or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the work is commenced. Work under these pcnnits <br />will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. Aflcr that time your pcnnit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval. These records arc available to prospective <br />buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the future, a new permit must be <br />obtained.
