Bennett, Secretary <br />Dear Mr. Bennett: <br />Due to lapse in time between published date of Notice of Hearing, <br />January 21, 1963, and date of receipt of said Notice, January 24, 1963, <br />I am unable to personally appear by reason of other commitments at thus <br />date and hour of Ile -,ring. <br />Objection is hereby made to rezoning of the residential district <br />described as Lots 7 and S, Repiat of Lots 15-19, Blk. 132 and 133, Grandview <br />Add., 601 Maulsby Lane. <br />The area described above has been and still is a residential <br />district of better than average individual homes. Rezoning the area to <br />accommodate a duplex, modern or ultra modern, introduces commercializm <br />into this quiet residential community. <br />My residence, at 603 Itaulsby Lane, immediately adjacent to the <br />tract upor. which the construction of the proposed duplex would be constructed, <br />was purchased because of the residential zoning. I would be plecL'!d to <br />discuss this in person with the Board and at which time I would again object <br />to variance from the existing ordinance. <br />
