A copy of the sketch, showing the approved <br />work, is enclosed. All work must conform to this sketch. <br />4e are also enclosing a copy of our rules and regulations govern— <br />ing work on City streets. Please notify us when you start this <br />work so an inspection can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 drays.
