J <br />FIPU�.. ilECLARI�TION OI' NOi�-SIGNIP 1I4CE <br />DESCP.IPTIOtd OI' PROPOSAL - The proposed action is the issuance of yrading and building permits <br />to allow the construct-ion �f a parking lot at the northwest corner of 15th and Rainier. <br />� <br />7'h•=_ following factors were considered and the listed requiremenCs place3 in response to <br />co;mnents subm�tted by various City Departments during their review of the Environmental <br />Checkli�t for this oroposal. <br />l. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public S4orY.s Department showing par}:ing <br />layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and' all required improvements to the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is reqnired <br />before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be compl�:ted before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued. A minimum of 5$ landscaping of the parking and 5 foot widc periphery <br />in conformance with the City's Zoning Code is required. <br />2. During construction all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Lverett <br />shall be on arterial streets unless other.wise approved by the Public tecrks Department. <br />City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. Public Works Department approval of a temporary erosion control pl.an with provision <br />for oil and sediment removal is required before commencing si.te preparation. <br />9. On-site detention with provision for oil removal is required. Drainage calculations are <br />to be submitted with the attached cover sheet. <br />5.
