A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public S4orY.s Department showing par}:ing layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and' all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is reqnired before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be compl�:ted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. A minimum of 5$ landscaping of the parking and 5 foot widc periphery in conformance with the City's Zoning Code is required. 2. During construction all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Lverett shall be on arterial streets unless other.wise approved by the Public tecrks Department. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. 3. Public Works Department approval of a temporary erosion control pl.an with provision for oil and sediment removal is required before commencing si.te preparation. 9. On-site detention with provision for oil removal is required. Drainage calculations are to be submitted with the attached cover sheet. 5.
