As the Fermit l�older, it is your responsibility to call for <br />all required inspections while work is in progress and to call for final <br />incpection when the tiror!: is completed and prior to oxupancy. <br />As your permit has alrea<iy expired, tne Code requires that a new permit must <br />be obcained and additional fees paid before you can resume work or call for <br />final inspection. However, the City of Everet� is at this time extending a <br />one-time grace period to holders of recently e�cired permits. If you wish <br />to recormnence work you may renew your permit at no cost for an additional <br />180 day period by submitting a wzitten request to this office.
