Washing machine waste line is not vented. <br />2. Washing machine waste/stand pipe is taped closed. <br />3. Water heater relief valve/discharge is not piped out of <br />building. <br />4. Cross connection type fixtures on lavatory and bath tub. <br />Electrical: <br />1. Exposed electrical connection on water heater. <br />2. Service panel is over fused. <br />Miscellaneous <br />1. No hand rail on 2nd floor stair. <br />2. Nofloor or wall protection for wood stove in living room. <br />3. Exterior wood skirting in contact with ground. <br />4.
