This permit will remain valid until December 11, 1998. If work is begun within that <br />time period; the permit may be maintained in an active status by requesting inspection at least <br />once each 180 days to document progress. If work ceases for more than 180 days, the permit <br />will expire; the Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be extended more than <br />once.
