NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) <br />Section 1: On June 9, 1975 the hereinabove described <br />building(s), or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, were examined by <br />the City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized <br />representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or <br />structure(s); or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the <br />City of Everett Building Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1.' Inadequate foundation. <br />2. Defective and deteriorated flooring'and floor supports. <br />3. Walls and vertical supports lean and buckle due to <br />deterioration. <br />4. Roof and roof framing deteriorated. <br />
