TO Bob Royce <br />FROQ6 liilla Angus <br />DATE May 28, 1975 <br />SUBJECT Citizen complaint: re: 1808 McDougall <br />CITY OF EVERETT. EVERETT. `VASHINGTON <br />Mrs. Olson of 1812 McDougall (phone: 259-2389) called to request an inspection <br />of the property, particularly the garage, at 1808 McDougall. <br />The garage is described as e. fire hazard full of junk and ready to fall down. <br />Mrs. Olson said that the property is vacant at this time as the last <br />residents were dispossessed. She believes that a Canadian Company owns the <br />property at this time, but that it was previously owned by a Mrs. Anderson <br />(phone: 659-6917). <br />Mrs. Olson added that this property is a concern to all the neighbors, but <br />especially to her as it adjoins her property. An additional complaint was that <br />the property "smells," too. <br />Mrs. Olson will want to know if an inspection is made and action taken. <br />
