The <br />Receiver in Bankruptcy is generally a temporary office pending <br />the appointment of a Trustee. As yet, notice to creditors <br />has not been received, but we anticipate the last week in <br />November as the earliest date for the first meeting. Mr. <br />Carsten Johnsen has been appointed Receiver and his phone <br />number is PR 6-1136 and his address is P. 0. Box 236, <br />Mountlake Terrace, Washington 98043. I am forwarding a <br />copy of the transmittal mailed to Home Care, Inc. at the <br />office of Hubbard & Burns, Attorneys. I gather from the <br />notice that you had previously given Hubbard & Burns an <br />indication as to what was required.
