N <br />It is mandatory under E. G. C. (Zoning Code) 15. 04. 330 that the applicant or <br />a representative be present at the public hcaring of this application. If the <br />applicant or a representative will be unable to attend the scheduled public <br />hearing, notification shall be presented to the Planning Department at least <br />five (5) days prior to the scheduled hearing date. Failure to give such <br />notification by the.applicant will automatically void the application. <br />The Board of Adjustment hearings are held the first Monday of every <br />month at 7:30 P. M. in the City Hall Council Chambers. <br />
