According to Snohomish County Assessor's records and field <br />observation it appears that the above structures were constructed prior to December 1, <br />1956. <br />The detached garage fails to meet the required five-foot (5') interior side setback from <br />the southern property line. In addition the garage exceeds the 50% rear yard coverage <br />maximum. <br />Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br />recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br />al the time of construction. This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that the <br />information upon which this decision was based is erroneous.
