The purpose of this study <br />and report is to present our observations and conclusions regarding existing geotechnical conditions and <br />our recommendations for the planned development within the site. <br />The scope of our services includes surficial observations and making recommendations <br />for bearing pressures for footings. <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />Surface Conditions <br />The lot rises above the level of McDougall Ace. Tlie new addition will be attached to the existing home <br />on the south side. This area was in Imvn at the time of our visit. <br />
