This permit will remain valid until March 19, 1996. If work is <br />begun within that time period, the permit may be maintained in an active status by <br />requesting inspection at least once each 180 days to document progress. If work ceases <br />for more than 180 days, the permit will expire; the Uniform Building Code stipulates <br />that no permit shall be extended more than once.
