4. <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Public . Jorks approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />��o <br />Connecl side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 60?, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage sy�tem orovided for this lot. <br />9. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration cystem per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment (or more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning ihe project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, slraw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval o� the <br />pennit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled lo an <br />approved, permilted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. <br />17 <br />Instail a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave drive�vay from the iront property line out to the street paving. <br />1 S.
