Smoke alarms vrere missing in several locations throughout the home. Smoke alarms and Carbon Menoxide detectors <br />should be provided in compliance with code requirements. <br />2. Some deteriorated and rotten exterior decking mair.rial was observed on the deck that serves the second (loor <br />bedroom. A vaniry sink was observed in disrepair at the same second floor bedroom suite. Repairs should be made to <br />correct these deficiencies. <br />3. Some nom [ompliant wiring was observed in the basement area o( the house (open connections, open ,plices, open <br />elettrical boxes, unsupporteo and unprotected wiring etc.) A competent electrician or contractor should be retained to <br />correct any electrical deficiencies within the building. A perm�t for the electrical work is required. Inspection of the work <br />is required. <br />4. The gas (umace and Ho[ water tank are endosed in a mechanical doset.
