CITY OF EVERETT RIGHT-OF-WAY USE PERMIT No. 79-24 <br />The permittee shall indemnify and hold the City of Everett, its agents <br />and employees harmless from any and all claims including attorney's <br />fees, damages, suits and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature on <br />actiount of injuries to or death of any person or persons and damage <br />to property arising in whole or in part from the permittee's use of <br />the public right-of-way or the activities conducted in, under or <br />upon the public right-of-way by the permittee, its contractors, <br />subcontractors, agents, employees, guests and/cr invitees. <br />The permittee further agrees to accept and defend all such claims, <br />damages and suits for injuries to or death of any person or persons <br />o_ damage to property arising in whole or in part out of the use of <br />the right-of-way, which is the subject of this permit agreement, at <br />its own expense, in the name and on behalf of the City of Everett. <br />Ass't.
