October 9, 1987 <br />ANR FREIGHT SYSTEM <br />2716 MCDOUGALL <br />EVERETT wA 98201 <br />E <br />the Evergreen <br />CRV of <br />everett <br />RE: FIRE PREVENTION INSPECTION <br />A fire prevention inspection was made of the business listed above. <br />The following are requirements of the Uniform Fire Code, as adopted, <br />wrich require your immediate attention: <br />1. _Keep the exit door in the southwest corner of the warehouse unloci<ed <br />during working hours. <br />2. Obtain and oost in a conspicuous place, a Fire Department permit for: <br />High -piled combustible stock. To use any building or portion thereof <br />exceeding 2500 squa or the storage of high -piled combustible <br />stock. A floor plan showing the dimensions and location of the <br />stockpiles and aisles shall be submitted with applications for such <br />permits. See Article 81. <br />a. reduce stock to a maximum height of 6 feet <br />3. Mount the fire extinguisher at the head of the stairs on the second floor. <br />A reinspection of this business will be conducted on or after November 2, <br />1987. Please see that the above requirements are met at that time.
