The MeDougall Avenue side of the building has been designated as a customer <br />pick-up area. No vehieles larger than arge van will be allowed to use <br />this side of the building for parking and/or loading. No vehicle will :e <br />allowed to back up into MeDougall into the loading areas. (S3PA <br />Transportation/Circulation Policies). <br />3• Pacific Avenue is a major �ntryway corridor into the Central Business <br />District of Everett and the ?ort area. To minimize the visual impact of the <br />proposed structure by easing t'ie transition from street to building� the <br />area between the sidewalk and the building and extending to the sidewalk on <br />MeDougall must be landseaped. This landseaping should include evergreen <br />trees and be compaLible with other landscaping on Pacific Avenue� including <br />the property aeross McDougall to the west. <br />A detailed landscaping plan m�st be approved by the Planning Department <br />prior to the issuance of any permits.
