Request for Address Change <br />To: City of Everett <br />Aftn: Kirk Brooks <br />3200 Cedar St. <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Mr. Brooks, I am in the process of relocating my indoor naintball business to <br />3409 McDougall, Suite 100, Everett, VVa 98201. This is the north part of the <br />Crown Building located between 33rd and 35�h Streets on McDougall. TFie <br />building has separate entrances at both ends because of a separation wall with a <br />fire door that remains closed at the south end of the area I will be using. <br />I would like to have an address iu� the north entrance that would be better suited <br />to identify the entries business location. <br />With the main entrance being located between 34th And 35�" Streets, it would be <br />a hardship on the business and would afrect the tra�c flow to the site. In the <br />event of an emergency, responders would be able to quickly identify exactly <br />where they would need to go. The address of the building on the corner of 33`a <br />and the wes'. side of McCougall is 3302 and the next building south on that side <br />of the stree� is 3308. With the location of the west entrance and the entrances <br />across the street, I believe 3301 or 3303 would be the correct reassigned <br />address. <br />I have discussed this with the owners of the crown building and they agree that <br />this would be a benefit for all parties concerned and asked that I draft and submit <br />this request for sddress change. <br />Attached is a general area site plan for your review. <br />Thank You, <br />Don Cort Peter Bmdie <br />President-DBS Enterprises, Inc.
