PROPOSED DECLARATI04 OF NON-SICNIFICANCE <br />Descrip[ion of Proposal <br />The proposed action is the issuance of building permits to allow the constructian of [wo <br />warehouse buildings, totaling approximately 77,170 square feet, and associated parking. <br />The follawing factors were censidered prior [o making a preliroinary decision on this proposal <br />1. The proposed aite is zoned C-2, Heaw Commercial-Light Industrial Zone, which wauld <br />allov ehis use. ' <br />2. The majori[y of the site ts currently vacant and is used for parking. The northern <br />per[ion of the site next to 32nd Street is developed with a single story wooden <br />building. This atructure would be demolished to alloa for construction. <br />3. Access is proposed via McDougal.l'Street, vhich does not currently have standard street <br />improvemen[s. Parking occurs on the shoulders of this aereet in a haphazard manner. ' <br />4.
