Description of Proposal <br />The propoaed action is the issuance of building permite to allow the construc[lon of tvo <br />varehouse buildings, totaltng approximately 77,I70 aquare feet, and associated parking. <br />The folluwing factora vere considered prior to making a preliminary decision on this proposal <br />1. <br />F� <br />3. <br />The proposed site is zoned C-2, Neavy Commercial-Light Industrial Zone, vhich would <br />allow this use. <br />The majarity of the site is currenely vacant and is used for parking. The nor[hern � <br />oortion of the aite next to 32nd Street is develaped with a single story wooden <br />building. This str�cture vould be demolished to allow for construction. <br />Accesa is proposed via McDougall'Street, which doe:+ not currently have standard street <br />improvements. Parking occurs on the shoulders of this street in a haphazard manner. <br />4..
