The District has transmission and distribution facilities cross:ng Lhe proposed site from its Everett Substation to blcDougall Avenue between 33rd and SSth Streets, This crossing is covered by a permit from the Milwaukee Railroad. The proposed projcct requires that the District relocate iCs existing facilitics in order to allow construction of these warehouses. To resolvc thi� situation, the District is presently negotiating an agreement with h1r. Bargreen and tlie Plilwaukee Railroad which Neuld require relocating the District's transmission facilities to accomodate �Ir. Bargreen's construction. In turn, D1r.
