The proposed projcct requires that the District relocate iCs <br />existing facilitics in order to allow construction of these warehouses. To <br />resolvc thi� situation, the District is presently negotiating an agreement <br />with h1r. Bargreen and tlie Plilwaukee Railroad which Neuld require relocating <br />the District's transmission facilities to accomodate �Ir. Bargreen's construction. <br />In turn, D1r. Bargreen and tlie Dtilwaukee Railroad must grant the District <br />permanent easements for its eaisting distribution facilitTosertd reAdditionally, <br />transmission facilities which will cross Dtr. 6argreen's p p Y• <br />the land under these facilities could only be used for parking of vehicles. <br />Mr, Bargreen has been informed that somc of our tranc�ission lines would have <br />to be relocated on esisting City of Everett streets, which would require a <br />permit from thc City of Evcrett, <br />
