YROPOSED DECLAR111IOt1 OF NOII-SIf.NItTCANCE <br />The proposed action is the issuance of building permit's to allow the construction of an <br />aporoximately 9,200sq.ft. warehouse addition td an existing warehouse facility. The <br />following factors were considered proior to making a preliminary decision regarding this <br />proposal: . <br />1. The site is z�ned C-2 Heavy Co�mnercial-light Industrial Zone, which would allow this use. <br />2. The site,currently vacant and covered by gravel, is used as a loading area and parking <br />for the existinq warehouse. The site abuts a vacant lot to the north and an old warehouse • <br />and railroad tracks to the east. . ` . <br />3. Access is proposed via McDugall Street, which has street improvements. <br />4.
