All projects over 4,000 square feet or more than 4 dwelling <br />units re4uire the plans to be prepared by an azchitect currendy licensed to <br />prdctice m the state of Washington (RCW 18.08) - Please note that an engineers <br />stamp does not eliminate this requirement. <br />B. Foundadon plans and details <br />C. Floo- plan with compiete dimensions (indicate entire building showing all exit <br />doors, stairs, comdors, etc.) <br />D. Building section with vertical dimensions and building construction <br />E. Wall secdons indicating proposed construcdon and assembly raGng as required <br />for occupancy separation, azea separation or building construct►on <br />F. Exterior elevations indicating proposed materials, finish gnde and building <br />height <br />G. Stair or ramp plans (1/4" = 1' 0" minimum scale) and sections <br />H. Toilet room plans (1/4" = 1' 0" minimum scale) and interior elevadons, indicate <br />wall and floor fimshes, fixture dimensions, handicap accessories (if required) <br />and toilet accessories <br />I. Door schedule (indicate frame and door rating, type of lock or latch and signage <br />if required) <br />J. Room finish schedule <br />K. Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of all fixtures, <br />include exterior building mounted lighdng). These must be provided at die dme <br />of building permit applicadon. <br />L. Energy calculations <br />M. Structural drawings and calculations <br />N.
