Owners. <br />RECIT71L8 <br />A. The Owners are owners of the Westerly one-half (1/2) of <br />Blocks 10 and 21, J. S. Sines Acre Tracts, as per Plat zecorded in <br />Volume 4 of Plats, page 11, Records of Snohomish County, <br />Washington. <br />B. The owners are constructinq a new warehouse addition on <br />a portion of Block 10. As a condition to qrantinq a permit for the <br />construction of the new warehouse addition, the City of Everett has <br />required that parkinq for seventeen (17) automobiles be provided <br />witY:in three hundred feet (300') from the proposed new warehouse <br />addition. <br />C.
