I <br />�. <br />This letter is to provide you an outline of the steps required to rosolve the <br />4 <br />.' <br />-��.� � <br />��5 � 9� 1 � <br />consuuction <br />issues at. the above referenced properties and the proposed conversion to an adult home <br />care facility. <br />The construction of the front and rea � porches, the ramp and the windew replacement <br />require a building permit (applicatica enclosed). The submittal requirements for this <br />permit include drawings showing the supporting stiucture of the porches and ramp <br />(sample onclosed) and the window specifications to assure compliance with the State <br />Building and Energy Codes. <br />�-LTZC� J <br />�iC l�nJ AJ �A �. <br />The building permit could include the change in occupancy classification to an adult care I <br />facility if a floor plan and a site plan were included in the submittal. The floor plan <br />should be complete and include the garage that has been cor.verced to rooms. The review <br />for chang^ of building occupancy classification would address structural and fire/life <br />safery requirements of the Building Code for the proposed occupancy. <br />The asphalt paving proposed in conjunction with this conversion requires a Public Works <br />Permit. The site plan must show the paving and surface drainage provisions of the <br />project.
