He indicated that there is a stove located in the <br />basement of the house that is separate from the stove located in the homes kitchen. I told him that he could get a <br />"Deconstruction PermiY' (554.50) for the removal of the stove in the basement. That way it would satisiy the <br />undenvriter that the house is a SFR and allow processing of the loan to continue. <br />Please be sure that the "Existing Use of Building" and "Proposed Use of Building" indicate "Single Family Residence" <br />(SFR). <br />Thanks <br />leff <br />
