Conclasiof.,: The variauce is to allow an already <br />cons�ntaining wall and fencing that dces not comply <br />with zoning code requirements to remain on tlte site. The <br />requested variance is necessary to avoid removal or <br />modification of the ezisting retaining wall and fencing <br />improvements.
