Before making a.iecision on <br />the v�riance request the Board required the following additional infortnation: <br />. A detailed chronology of the construction of the concrete retaining wail, backfilling and instailatlon of <br />the fence on top of the wali. In addition, please specify the dates which you recall speaking with <br />City Staff regarding the retaining wall and the statement that they would 'let it go" if you get permits <br />for the wooden retaining wall that was under construction in the southeast portion of your property. <br />• A narcative statement from you for criteria #6 "The need for the requested variance is not the rvsult <br />of a self created hardship". <br />. A letter from a structural enginPer, licensed and practicing in the State of Washington, regarding the <br />structural integriry of the retaining wall and the drainage provisions for the wail. <br />Please submit this infortnation to the Ciry of Everett Pertnit Services Department by Jarn �ary 3, 2000, so <br />that we may reschedule the conclusion of your variance hearing before the Board of Adjustment.
