The app]icant is proposing to construct a <br />residence on the property providing only a 5 foot <br />setback from the front property line. The subject <br />property is the center lot (lot 2) of short <br />subdivision 825-84 which was finaled and recorded <br />in 1985. <br />Land Use: Vacant <br />Exhibits: <br />1. Findinqs: The applicant has stated that tha <br />subject property is a full frontage lot wi.th <br />forty feet along E. Marilyn Avenue. The shape <br />of the lot (width greater that depth) makes <br />the variance necessary for proper orientation <br />of the residence and garage toward :he <br />easement. <br />
